Kynsa Class

Hello Kynsa Families,

To give you a guide for home learning, the children will be expected to complete:

• At least 10 minutes reading with an adult
• Watch a daily phonics session taught by Miss Curnow
• Listen to the class story, every day.
• At least 15 minutes writing - name writing, labelling, shopping lists etc alongside a daily class activity
• At least 15 minutes maths - daily counting alongside an activity set by Miss Curnow
• Choose 1 of the Early Learning Goal activities set by Miss Curnow - 5 will be sent home on a Monday but you can choose the order you complete them in. 

Please keep an eye on Class Dojo to upload your child's learning via photograph or video to their portfolio.

I will phone you weekly to check in with your family, discuss your child's learning and support you with anything you need advice or help with. If in the meantime you have a question or concern please don't wait for the call and instead email me bcurnow@pendeen.cornwall.sch.uk
